The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a pretty cool area, close to Niagara Falls and the river and nightlife. Even though some of the staff were extremely slow, I had a comfortable stay.

Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

I recommend this contemporary hotel.

Stunning Niagara River Views

Possibly the best and really nice stay for 2 nights in jacuzzi room. Well cleaned units with double queen beds and jacuzzi plus the fridge, very knowledgeable employees. A good choice of options, nice food. Magnificent and absolutely perfect low-budget hotel location so close to Niagara Falls as well as the restaurant.

As for me, it's wonderful place to stay. Good location in the area, easy to get anywhere.

I liked Four Points because it was a newer hotel. Very comfortable bed and linens. Nice, clean room.

We were there in Niagara Falls for 3 days and the day it rained we were in the hotel quite a bit. Unfortunately, that was the day the whole 2nd floor (our floor) did not have tv, the cable was apparently out and it wasn't fixed when we left the next morning.

The river view from my room was fine was great. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. A few cleanliness issues were noted, but overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere.

Close to shopping.

Carpet in room was very wet all over. Ice machine right outside door very loud. Interfered with sleep. Staff were indifferent.

This hotel was newly renovated. It has a modern decor and a fresh appearance.

On first appearance it seems to be an upscale hotel but we shortly noticed some basic amenities and cleanliness were over looked by housekeeping. We noticed the tray where soaps were displayed lacked some items and was not properly wiped down. The faucet was loose and it made using the sink very difficult and wet. Under the sink were some nice baskets to store personal items during the stay but the previous tenant had left some used tissues and dental floss. We contacted the front desk and they promptly came to clean the basket and supply us with soaps and towels. Later we also noticed some stains on the bedding and shower curtain. Make sure you check the room before you stay. We found out the hotel opened in May 2011 and they have some fine tuning to work through.

The river view from my King Room was amazing. Waking up to that view every morning felt refreshing. The indoor pool area was another highlight. Staff were friendly, always ready to assist. Unfortunately, I did encounter a few hiccups. The room could have used some better cleaning. I noticed some dust on surfaces and the tub switch didn't work. The parking fee was a surprise, and it would've been nice to know in advance. The stay exceeded my expectations, but a few adjustments could make it even better.

Staff was friendly, service and food was good and our room was large and comfortable.

It was perfect place to stay. Warm, cozy rooms and beautiful bathrooms. All the employees were helpful!

Had a wonderful stay at the Niagara Riverside. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my business needs their priority. The conference facilities were well-equipped, allowing for seamless presentations. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment to unwind after a long day of meetings.

The surrounding area seemed a bit rundown.

I did not enjoy this stay in that I made a mistake booking the hotel. I mis took the 190 bridge for the rainbow bridge and was mad at myself for making the mistake, The Wi Fi also was not operable in the room and being on the third floor after paying so much for the room was a dissapointment. The only plus for the place, in my mind was the great pizza we had for dinner. The manager for the restaurant was also attentive and friendly and the wait staff was adequate.

Everything was as or better than expected. We are really happy we chose this hotel, room is spacious, closer to the falls than we expected which was great, very easy to get to and from the hotel. Loved the pool, it is a good size and has a wonderful view of the river and bridge. The seating
